penalised a total of more than $200,000 over a sham contracting
scheme that resulted in underpayments and significant hardship for

Degani Café hit with $140,000 in penalties for underpaying staff
The operators of a Degani café in Melbourne’s north-east
have been penalised over $140,000 for underpaying staff and
providing inspectors with false records, following legal action by
the Fair Work Ombudsman.
