Sean Wilson
Chief Executive Officer

Sean joined BetterHR in 2013.

He has a strong background in executive management and boards/advisory committees.

Prior to joining BetterHR, he held senior executive and board/advisory roles in business and government organisations for over a decade. He also founded two businesses which he sold for a profit.

His qualifications include Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, Legal Services, Human Resources, Information Technology and more.

BHR - Profile Photo - Martino

Martino Dang
General Manager Sales & Operations

Martino has a strong background in customer service management, business administration and IT/operations.

Prior to joining Better HR, he worked in large, mid-tier and boutique legal firms such as Hicksons Lawyers, Brydens Law Office and Stacks/Goudkamp for over 10 years.

His qualifications include a Bachelor in Mathematics and Information Technology from the University of Western Sydney.


Julienne Nurse
Senior Employment Relations Advisor


Julienne has a strong background in small business having worked for almost 20 years managing a boutique residential and commercial property portfolio in NSW and Queensland.

She graduated in law from ANU with a major in Industrial Relations. After graduating, she worked as a Tipstaff to Staunton J in the NSW Industrial Relations Commission. She has worked for both employer and employee associations and appeared before the FWC in the Award Modernisation process.

Julienne has a particular interest in ensuring that employers meet their legal obligations so as to avoid costly unfair dismissal and adverse action proceedings.

Weda Ringo
Senior Employment Relations Advisor


Weda graduated from Newcastle University and has worked for an employer association and across multiple industries including hospitality, education and legal.

She also has a background in small business having worked for over 5 years managing an electrical business in NSW.

Weda understands the challenges that small businesses face in their efforts to provide safe and respectful workplaces and seeks to encourage employers to be compliant with their workplace policies, procedures and obligations. She also endeavours to provide employers with the right assistance to settle employee claims and avoid costly legal fees.

David Wang
Head of Marketing


David is passionate marketer with over 12 years in of experience in Marketing and Sales. Prior to joining BetterHR, David defined and executed on Strategic Marketing plans for a number of scale ups in B2B industries, as well as leading similar functions at IBM and Microsoft. He believes in a modern multi-channel approach to addressing customer needs in driving scalable growth.

Business Development Manager


Roxanne has over 15 years of experience consulting with SME businesses. In this time Roxanne has focused heavily on Human Resources and Employment Relations, successfully assisting businesses in ensuring that they are compliant with relevant legislation.
