Sean has over 20 years experience in business, marketing, sales and technology, including over 10 years in high-ranking executive roles. As well as over 10 years board and governance experience.

General Manager Sales & Operations
Prior to joining Better HR, Martino worked in large, mid-tier and boutique legal firms such as Hicksons Lawyers, Brydens Law Office and Stacks/Goudkamp for over 10 years.
His qualifications include a Bachelor in Mathematics and Information Technology from the University of Western Sydney.
Head of Marketing
David is passionate marketer with over 12 years in of experience in Marketing and Sales. Prior to joining BetterHR, David defined and executed on Strategic Marketing plans for a number of scale ups B2B, as well as leading similar functions at IBM and Microsoft. He believes in a modern multi-channel approach to addressing customer needs and expectations in driving scalable growth.

Senior Employment Relations Advisor & Employment Lawyer
Julienne has a strong background in small business having worked for almost 20 years managing a boutique residential and commercial property portfolio in NSW and Queensland.
She graduated in law from ANU with a major in Industrial Relations. After graduating, she worked as a Tipstaff to Staunton J in the NSW Industrial Relations Commission. She has worked for both employer and employee associations and appeared before the FWC in the Award Modernisation process.
Julienne has a particular interest in ensuring that employers meet their legal obligations so as to avoid costly unfair dismissal and adverse action proceedings.
