Our counsellors and qualified psychologists are available to EAP employees 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for emergency situations and critical incidents.
We can also arrange for employees to see a psychologist face to face at a location convenient to them or set up an appointment via telephone or Skype.
Our EAP Counselling services offered can provided using Australian Sign Language (Auslan), or with the assistance of an interpreter for employees that need or prefer to engage in a different language.
