Sean Wilson

CEO & Managing Director

Sean joined the company in 2013.

He is the senior executive of the company and a member of the board of directors, with delegated authority and primary responsibility for managing the overall operations and resources of the company, making major corporate decisions and acting as the main point of communication between the Board and corporate operations.

He is also Head of Technology & Product Development. Which includes leading the design and development of BetterHR’s award-winning HR solutions (SaaS, mobile apps, etc).

Prior to joining the company, he worked in executive leadership and senior management roles for big and small companies (up to 10 figures), as well as government and not for profit organisations. He also founded two businesses that he sold for a profit.

His qualifications include Business, Management, Marketing, Legal Services, Human Resources, Information Technology & Engineering. He’s also completed a Directors Certificate and international coaching accreditation.
