Sean Wilson CEO
Sean Wilson is the senior-executive of the Company, and an ex-officio member of the Board, with authority and primary responsibility for managing the overall operations and resources of the Company, making major corporate decisions and acting as the main point of communication between the Board and corporate operations.
His is also Chief Technology Officer and has led HR software product development for the Company since 2013.
In a career spanning over 20 years, Sean has held senior roles with organisations such as BetterHR, Workforce Guardian, Kolling Foundation, The Housing Industry Association, Sensis and The Australian Government.
Over 10 years of executive and board experience includes successfully leading large national teams, company-wide change programs and complex digital transformations to improve top and bottom line results.
Sean holds qualifications in Business, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Engineering and Information Technology. He also has an international outlook gained from travel to over 30 countries.
