The services that BetterHR provides to you are subject to the following terms and conditions. BetterHR reserves the right to update and modify these terms at any time. The most recent version of these terms can be reviewed by clicking the ‘Terms & Conditions’ link:

- on our renewal reminder notices,
- on our login pages.
Acceptance of Terms
When you buy a product or service from BetterHR you are entering into a contract. You could be entering a contract by:
- signing a document,
- selecting a product and paying for it on our website,
- checking the box at the point of sale to confirm that ‘I have read, understood and agree to the Better HR Terms & Conditions.’
By entering into a contract you are confirming that you have read, understand and agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
Reasonable Usage Policy
All subscriptions are limited to reasonable usage to ensure fair access and availability to all subscribers and prevent any misuse or abuse deemed unreasonable or excessive. Learn more
Automatic Renewal & Cancellations
All subscriptions are provided on the basis of an annual subscription which commences on the day you make your first subscription payment and continues until you elect not to renew your subscription at its next renewal date or BetterHR terminates your subscription.
Your 12 months subscription will automatically renew for a further 12 months period on the same terms, unless you advise us in-writing prior to the renewal date that you do not wish to renew.
All cancellation requests must be received in-writing before the annual renewal date. Cancellation requests can be submitted via our secure online portal, by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or in writing (PO Box 301, Sydney NSW 1003 Australia).
We will attempt to email you an automated renewal reminder notice approximately 60 days before the renewal date. This is a courtesy only. As we cannot control your email. Please ensure we always have your up to date contact details on record and add us to your safe sender list to ensure important emails are received.
Your “Subscription Renewal Date” is available in your ‘Company Profile’ in the ‘Admin’ section.
Scope of Advice
Our HR Advice Online Service is limited to specific HR and employment law questions. For complex enquiries please contact us to find the best solution for your needs.
You agree to pay all invoices within seven (7) days of the invoice date and/or keep a valid credit card on file for payments that require credit card billing. Where reasonable attempts to obtain payment fail, you agree that BetterHR can charge a fair and reasonable late fee to cover our costs, as well as interest and legal fees for any debt recovery.
