The team at Better HR are excited to release the latest upgrade to Better HR.
HR Lite, HR Essential, HR Professional and HR Platinum subscribers now have access to several new features including a new ‘Compliance Register‘ with a visual display of ‘Risk Level’ on your dashboard and a new ‘People Search’ on the dashboard to help users find and access personnel files faster and more easily.
We are also working on new registers and a major content review. A large number of HR templates will be updated over the next few weeks. We will provide further updates in our blog and newsletter as these go live.

1. New Compliance Register
Better HR now includes a ‘Compliance Register’ with a visual ‘Risk Level’ meter on the dashboard. To make it even easier for employers to manage HR best-practice and ensure full-compliance with Australian employment laws such as the Fair Work Act 2009.
Dashboard ‘Risk Level’ Meter
The visual ‘Risk Level‘ is automatically updated each time you complete a task for each worker in the ‘HR Best-Practice & Compliance‘ tab in their Personnel File. The higher your rating the higher your risks of expensive and damaging employee claims, and fines and penalties for breaching Australian employment laws. The lower your rating the lower your risks.
‘Compliance Register’ Scorecard
The ‘Compliance Register’ displays a summary of ‘HR Best-Practice & Compliance‘ for all of your workers in a convenient report. Green highlights the tasks you have completed. Red highlights the tasks yet to be completed.
2. New Dashboard ‘People Search’
Our new ‘People Search’ on the dashboard is designed to help users find and access personnel files faster and more easily.
Simply type the name of the person and click ‘Go’.
