It is also a good time of the year to update or introduce a Drug & Alcohol Policy in to your workplace (if you don’t already have one). Access a ready-to-use Drug & Alcohol Policy template by logging in to your BetterHR portal, then click ‘Documents’ in the top navigation, and then click ‘Policies’ to find the new policy template.
