Better HR will be closed over the Christmas holidays. During this time, only restricted services will operate.
Office
Our office will close at 5pm on Friday 21 December 2018.
Our office will reopen at 9am on Monday 7 January 2019.
Cloud HR System
There will be no disruption to our cloud HR system. You can still login and use your Better HR subscription.
Our technical support team will continue to monitor systems on a daily basis to maximise performance.
HR Advice Hotline
The HR Advice Hotline will operate as normal up to 5pm on Friday 21 December 2018. It will then be closed over Christmas.
The HR Advice Hotline will reopen at 9am on Monday 7 January 2019. We will respond to any voicemails on this day.
HR Advice Online Service
If you submit a HR Advice Online case before midday on 21 December 2018, it will be responded to the same day.
If you submit a case after midday on 21 December 2018, it will be responded to on 7 January 2019 or as soon as possible thereafter.
