Our industry-leading HR Advice Hotline is now included as part of our HR Professional and HR Platinum subscriptions!
We are very proud to announce that from 1 March, all HR Professional and HR Platinum level subscribers have free-of-charge access to our telephone-based HR Advice Hotline service.
For our HR Platinum subscribers, this change means calls to the advice line team will no longer be deducted from the annual ‘HR Consulting’ hours included as part of HR Platinum.
Our HR Professional subscribers will, for the very first time, gain access to our friendly and highly-qualified HR advice team by phone without any additional cost or any increase in the annual subscription price.
So, while all subscribers retain access to unlimited written advice via our HR Advice Online service, our higher-level subscribers now also have access to immediate advice by phone.
