One in two workers feel uncomfortable about returning to work, according to a recent study.
Qualtrics’ Return to Work/Back to Business Study of more than 500 Australians found “A little less than half … would not be comfortable returning to the workplace until an effective treatment or vaccine are finalized.”
“85% of people said it was important to them that employees be required to wear masks. 47% said they’ll only feel comfortable going back to the workplace if their company requires all employees to wear masks all of the time.”
“Most (63%) employees would feel comfortable going back to work once public health organizations and local government officials have said it is safe to return to the workplace.”
