As part of the 4 yearly review of modern awards, the Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission has continued to finalise the second tranche of awards.
The variation of the awards is mainly technical and involve drafting matters. The remaining awards which commenced operation on 29 May 2020 are:
- Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020;
- Contract Call Centres Award 2020;
- Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020;
- Local Government Industry Award 2020;
- Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020;
- Pastoral Award 2020;
- Rail Industry Award 2020;
- Restaurant Industry Award 2020; and
- Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020.
