We’re delighted to announce that Better HR has been appointed by ADP to provide specialised employment relations expertise to ADP clients.
ADP has more than 35 years’ experience in the Australian payroll market and currently manages more than 550,000 employee pays each month.
Better HR is partnering with ADP to deliver local HR and employment relations expertise via the Workplace Advice Line. Provided as a value-added service to all ADP clients, the Workplace Advice Line provides immediate assistance with employment issues and the day-to-day challenges of running a business under Australian employment law.
Our team of employment relations experts will be responding to all enquiries across the whole spectrum of employment relations challenges. This will include help understanding Modern Awards, applying the 10 National Employment Standards (NES), and implementing new entitlements such as Paid Parental Leave. Plus, we’ll be able to provide ADP clients with step-by-step advice on HR processes for hiring, managing and dismissing employees, negotiation of Enterprise Agreements and implementing robust workplace policies.
