New Compliance Tracking
This upgrade adds a new field to the profile on each personnel file to help users manage individual employee compliance.
The percentage is automatically calculated based on checklist responses in the new “HR Best-Practice and Compliance” tab.
New Records Tracking
This upgrade adds new fields to the profile on each Personnel File to help users manage HR records.
Users can now quickly see important information such as:
- Has an employment contract has been generated for an employee?
- How many records have been uploaded to an employee’s personnel file?
- How many notes have been created for this employee?
- How many alerts have been created for this employee?
- How many direct reports does this employee have?
New Duties Tab
This upgrade adds a new tab for Duties.
Users can now manage employee position descriptions online.
“Job Duties” are automatically connected to the new “Performance” tab. Allowing users to measure and track employee performance online.
Improved Bank Details Tab
This upgrade significantly improves the database functionality in all personnel files.
Users can now add multiple entries for important information such as employee bank accounts in the “Bank Details” tab.
New Leave Tab
This upgrade adds a new tab for “Leave”.
Users can now add record leave details for employees such as:
- Annual leave
- Sick and carer’s leave
- Personal carer’s leave
- Compassionate & bereavement leave

This upgrade adds a new tab for “HR Best Practice and Compliance.
Users can now add multiple entries for important information about each employees right to work in Australia.
Better HR automatically calculates the compliance percentage for each employee and displays this conveniently in the profile header.
New Performance Tab
Users can now manage employee performance online using the “Performance” tab.
Performance measures are automatically populated when users enter position description details in the new “Job Duties” tab.
Users can filter on active and inactive performance measures and apply a rating or upload related records.
