New Feature Release: Customised Alert Notifications

You can now customise who automatic email notifications are sent to for each personnel file in BetterHR Management Software.

Simply go to a personnel file and click the ‘Notifications Setup’ tab.

You can customise:

  • Manager – and if you want email alerts to be sent to this person
  • Assigned to – other staff who have access to view/edit this personnel file. And if you want email alerts to be sent to this person
  • Other – if you want email alerts to be sent to other staff or external email addresses
  • Block – If you want to stop email alerts for this person

Notifications are sent if this person makes changes via the Employee App or Portal. Such as:

  • Updates contact details
  • Updates emergencies
  • Adds new timesheet via roster
  • Adds new leave request via roster
  • Clocks on
  • Clocks off
  • Adds timesheets
  • Adds leave requests
  • Adds HR record
