You can now customise who automatic email notifications are sent to for each personnel file in BetterHR Management Software.
Simply go to a personnel file and click the ‘Notifications Setup’ tab.
You can customise:
- Manager – and if you want email alerts to be sent to this person
- Assigned to – other staff who have access to view/edit this personnel file. And if you want email alerts to be sent to this person
- Other – if you want email alerts to be sent to other staff or external email addresses
- Block – If you want to stop email alerts for this person
Notifications are sent if this person makes changes via the Employee App or Portal. Such as:
- Updates contact details
- Updates emergencies
- Adds new timesheet via roster
- Adds new leave request via roster
- Clocks on
- Clocks off
- Adds timesheets
- Adds leave requests
- Adds HR record
